BURN + BUILD is suitable for men and women over the age of 13 years old.
The app offers a variety of workout programmes and meal plans based on your personal data and fitness goals. It includes demonstration videos for every exercise included in the workout and you are given the option to adjust the number of reps and amount of weight/resistance used for each exercise, making it appropriate for complete beginners.
If you are injured or pregnant we do not recommend you take on BURN + BUILD unless you have the all-clear from your physician to do so. In saying that, certain injuries may actually require further strength training and/or mobility in order to heal properly. Ask your physician to provide you with specific moves that you can and cannot do and modify your workouts accordingly.
